Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous United States)

We strive to get your air compressor parts to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days unless another form of UPS shipping is selected.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days. 

Military/Air Force Base Customers

Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Canadian Customers

Your air compressor parts order will be shipped via UPS.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your CompressorParts.com invoice.  All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

International Customers

Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is important to note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your CompressorParts.com invoice. All refused shipments will be charged accordingly to cover shipping cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.   This email is sent after the first UPS scan and will be issued for each order shipped. You can check the status of your order anytime by calling 1-888-855-1123.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order anytime by calling 1-888-855-1123.  We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday, or holidays.

  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
