Rotary Screw Compressorts

Description

Sullair 24KT 55 Gallon compressor oil was designed specifically for rotary screw compressor usage. This silicone-based synthetic compressor oil does not break down under normal operating temperatures and pressures, eliminating carbon deposits, sludge and varnish formations. This oil also ensures that the system stays clean of lubricant by-products, which result in lower maintenance costs.

Minimum change in viscosity over the compressor's temperature range is ensured by its high viscosity index of 422. The Sullair 24KT 55 Gallon has excellent corrosion protection, separation and lubricity characteristics. This compressor oil is clear and water-white in appearance with specific gravity for this oil being 0.97. Other information includes: a density of 8.08 pounds per gallon, flash point of 480℉, fire point of 550℉, pour point of -65℉ and an autoignition temperature of 800℉.
