Exxon Synesstic 150 compressor oil was designed for application in the crankcase and as a cylinder lubricant. This synthetic lubricant compressor oil is a unique combination of quality diester base stocks and the latest additive technology, made compatible with materials such as: Epoxy Paint, Celcon, Viton?, High Nitrile Rubber (Buna N, NBR-greater than 36% Acrylonitrile), Medium Nitrile Rubber (Buna N, NBR 30-36% Acrylonitrile), Teflon?, Oil Resistant Alkyd, and Nylon.

This oil covers applications for rotary vane, rotary screw and all ages and design types of reciprocating compressors. Exxon Synesstic 150 compressor oil provides benefits which include low temperature fluidity, better thermal conductivity through the reduction of operating temperature, reduced friction through the lowering of the coefficient of friction by approximately 20%, high temperature thermal stability, greater resistance to mechanical stress, reduced metal-to-metal wear through the polar properties that provide better metal wetting, better demulsibility characteristics that provides better rust and corrosion protection, and more energy efficiency.
